Description
BGC Stratum™ and Stratum™ Duo Cavity Cladding Systems are designed to be used as cavity-based, external wall cladding systems for residential and light commercial type buildings where domestic construction techniques are used.
BGC Stratum™ and Stratum™ Duo Cavity Cladding Systems consist of Stratum™ and Stratum™ Duo fibre-cement planks adhesive and brad fixed over structural timber battens to form a cavity. The fibre-cement planks are finished with an acrylic paint system.
The system incorporates a primary and secondary means of weather resistance (first and second line of defence) against water penetration by separating the cladding from the external wall framing with a nominal 20 mm cavity.
