SR465 Physical characteristics of new houses 2020 (2022)

The BRANZ New Dwellings Survey dates to 1998 and is responsible for collecting data on materials used in new housing. This report contains the results of those surveys on the materials used in new housing. It updates previous data with the inclusion of the 2020 data set. The aim is to provide information useful to building material manufacturers, retailers/wholesalers, builders, designers, researchers and government officials.
