SR117 Behaviour of light timber-framed floors subjected to fire attack from above (2007)

This report describes a full-scale experiment to investigate the potential for fire to spread in a downward direction through timber floors. The full-scale experimental work verifies earlier reduced-scale furnace-based experiments.

The report is intended for fire engineers, architects, designers, manufacturers, code writers and other researchers into fire spread between fire cells.
