SR475 Investigating the impact of the 2019 BRANZ guide on multi-storey light timber-framed buildings (2022)

This report addresses the questions around latent or untapped impact potential of the BRANZ document Multi-storey light timber-framed buildings in New Zealand – engineering design published in 2019 for structural engineers and consenting officials to provide guidance on designing light timber-framed (LTF) buildings outside the scope of NZS 3604:2011 Timber-framed buildings up to 6 storeys.
