SR388 Productivity in the construction industry 2017 (January 2020)

This report aims to update industry on the latest productivity trends in the official productivity measures. Productivity is seen by some parts of the industry as an area where the current body of knowledge is still inadequate.

The focus is largely on how the official productivity measures have changed since the last report. However, given the growth in output in the industry, there is commentary on how the industry has responded to the additional output, how costs and quality are changing and innovation in the industry.
