Roof ventilation #2: Testing the airtightness of residential roof spaces in three dwellings (November 2018)

BRANZ has developed a measurement procedure to estimate the airtightness of residential roof spaces and has tested it on three buildings - the BRANZ test house and two houses in Auckland. This could be a useful tool to help determine roof ventilation requirements to avoid mould and moisture problems.
