Research programme

BRANZ planned analyses of HEEP2 data include:

• energy end-uses and indoor conditions across New Zealand houses and by sub-population groups and dwelling types (where sample size allows)
• indicators of energy hardship/wellbeing and attitudes to energy use in the home
• comparing energy use and outcomes for recent built-to-code and high-performance dwellings and the wider dwelling stock.
