Holyoake CPMS Ventilation Grille for Detention and Correctional Facilities

The specimen is a grille, a duct and a back flange, all manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel. The front face of the grille is 305 mm square, and this is penetrated with a series of 2 mm diameter holes for air circulation. The outside duct dimensions are 205 mm by 205 mm, and the duct is welded to the grille. The back flange is 406 mm square and is manufactured from 3 mm thick angles, which are bolted to the wall. The grille is also secured to the back flange with M8 threaded rods and lock nuts.
