Elephant steel and timber framed walls and floor/ceiling systems

Elephant plasterboard loadbearing and non-loadbearing steel and timber framed walls lined one side with 6 mm or thicker James Hardie fibre cement sheets over James Hardie fire battens, with cavity insulation of 90 mm thick or greater mineral fibre insulation and the other side lined with at least one layer of Elephant plasterboard and E1FC floor/ceiling systems.
