Alister brings diverse leadership experience in large Corporates, the Cooperative business model, private companies and Not For Profit Organisations across sectors covering healthcare, education, manufacturing, and building and construction.

Erica Seville
Erica brings a depth of understanding of the construction, build, and infrastructure sectors through a research perspective. Erica is in her second term as EQC Commissioner.

Ian McCormick
Ian brings invaluable expertise, governance skills, and strong industry connections to our Board. His has extensive experience in the building and construction sector, particular in the regulatory area.

Kevin Jenkins
With over 30 years’ experience of helping organisations drive performance and tackle complex challenges. He brings strength with his ability to understand the convergence of business, regulation and innovation and how to work across the system.

Mike Sang
Mike has 20 years’ experience working with, and on, boards as a non-executive Director, Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer across multiple sectors, including seven years as Chief Executive of Ngāi Tahu Holdings Corp.
