This report describes the findings from a study tour to gain an understanding of the building control systems of the West Coast of the USA, Canada, England, Scotland, France, Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
It was considered important to obtain in-depth knowledge of each country’s system so that strengths and weaknesses could be analysed as they are relevant to the New Zealand situation.
