The full expanse of roles that exist within the New Zealand construction and infrastructure industry has been identified in a Career Development Map. The intent is that the wireframe will be developed into an interactive vocation-centric online map.
The map aims to provide a holistic view enabling greater visibility of each role, its skill requirements and entry and growth pathways. It identifies and highlights where information can be found on each role and possible education, training and experience associated with each role. It links these datasets and sources together, providing transitional and progressional information for all career seekers.
