SR452 Indoor climate and mould in New Zealand homes (2021)
Product Description
Temperature and relative humidity are important factors influencing comfort and health of building occupants. Cold temperatures and excessive moisture give rise to mould growth, presenting a health risk and causing building material deterioration. In this study, we looked at 88 homes across New Zealand and measured temperature and relative humidity during the winter months at locations in Auckland, Wellington, the upper South Island and Dunedin in 2016 and again in Wellington in 2017.
