It brings together H1‑related guidance, tools, and resources from BRANZ and partner organisations into one place, saving you time and reducing the need to search multiple websites individually.

How to use this tool
Using the H1 Hub is simple:
- Enter keywords related to your H1 query (for example, insulation, glazing, or compliance methods)
- The tool returns results from partner websites that cover H1‑related guidance, tools, and resources
- H1‑specific results are shown at the top of the list
To get better results, you can:
- Check spelling and try rephrasing your search
- Use filters to narrow results to specific sources
- Try broader or more specific keywords if results are limited
If no results appear, it may mean that partner organisations do not currently have H1 information on that topic.

The H1 Hub is a collaborative initiative developed to support the building industry through recent and ongoing changes to energy efficiency requirements.
It is led by BRANZ, in partnership with:
- MBIE
- ADNZ
- NZIA
- WGANZ
- IAoNZ
- NZGBC
- FTMA
Together, these organisations provide trusted, up‑to‑date H1‑related information through their own websites, which is then made searchable through the H1 Hub.
The goal is to reduce confusion, save time, and help the industry apply H1 requirements confidently and consistently.
