About this programme
This research improved an existing tool used to assess medium-density housing (MDH) by adding features that help reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The goal is to help developers and property managers understand how their buildings affect the climate, environment, local community, and residents. It also aims to guide future building designs and upgrades to existing housing. Additionally, the research offers practical advice to residents on how they can change their behaviour to help the environment.
