SR466 Physical characteristics of new non-residential buildings 2020

BRANZ began surveying builders and designers in 1998 to obtain data on materials used. We have since compiled a database of approximately 400 non-residential buildings per year containing information on the materials used by building component. This report contains the results of these surveys on the materials used in new non-residential buildings. The aim is to provide information useful to building material manufacturers, retailers/wholesalers, builders, designers, researchers and government officials.
