The European Construction Sector Observatory (ECSO), an initiative set up in 2015 under the EU programme for the Competitiveness of Enterprises and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (COSME), does comparative assessments on the construction sector of 27 EU countries and the UK . The aim of ECSO is to keep European policy makers and stakeholders up to date on market conditions and policy developments.
