Description
The MiTek® Z4 Tie-Down System is a hold down anchor system to transfer overturning and uplift tension forces resulting from earthquake and wind loading, to the foundation. It consists of MiTek® Z4 All Threaded Rods, MiTek® Z4 CNX-Series Cinch Nuts, Couplers, MiTek® Z4 Bearing Plate Washers, and Anchor Ties.
