James Hardie external wall system

Description

• An external cladding system as described in Section 3 of FC12172-001 Issue 3 with CLD structural cavity battens or timber cavity battens over RAB Board on timber or steel framing, and the following external cladding:

1. Axon Panel – 9 mm thick
2. Easylap Panel – 9 mm thick
3. Linea Weatherboard - 16 mm thick
4. Linea Oblique Weatherboard - 16 mm thick
5. Stria Cladding - 14 mm thick
6. ExoTec Panel (compressed) – 9 mm

• An external cladding system as described in Section 3 of FC12172-001 Issue 3 with timber or steel framing, RAB Board and CLD structural cavity battens and any non-combustible cladding.

Timber cavity battens are 20 mm x 45 mm and CLD structural cavity battens are 19 mm x 70 mm.

Super Stick Building tape, not greater than 75 mm wide, or equivalent, may be used.

The cavity insulation material may be R2.2 fibreglass or James Hardie Mineral Wool
