About the role
This is a varied and relational role that combines end to end recruitment delivery with broader People and Capability coordination. Working closely with hiring leaders across the organisation, you will manage recruitment activity from attraction through to onboarding, providing practical advice, market insight and a seamless candidate experience throughout the process. The role provides core HR coordination across the whole People and Capability lifecycle and continuous improvement of all people processes.
This role is:
- Fixed term for 12 months
- Part-time (60% across 5 days)
- Flexible, with opportunity for increased hours as required
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Curiosity about people, capability and talents
- Proven HR coordination experience
- Experience and/or knowledge of people and capability practices
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- A confident communicator who builds strong relationships quickly
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
