Description

The specimen comprised a steel-framed wall constructed from Rondo 92 mm wide steel studs fitted into track sections lined on each side with 19 mm GIB Fyreline® and including 5 horizontal pipe penetration seals as described below.

• Fire Collar - Allproof FC50GALV (0.56 mm galvanised steel, 65 mm internal diameter with three folded out 16 x 35 mm fastening tabs secured to both exposed and unexposed faces, 26 mm (nominal) depth)
• Fire Collar - Allproof FC100SS (0.70 mm stainless steel, 115 mm internal diameter with four folded out 16 x 35 mm fastening tabs secured to both exposed and unexposed faces, 36 mm (nominal) depth)
• Fire Bands and Wraps - all 135 mm long
  • Allproof FBNF100 + FW100 (outside diameter 125 mm)
  • Allproof FBNF75 + FW75 (outside diameter 90 mm)
  • Allproof FBNF50 + FW50 (outside diameter 65 mm)
