The options for measuring the moisture level of construction materials are a moisture meter for timber and a hygrometer or in situ moisture probes for concrete. This bulletin outlines the use of these tools for checking the moisture content of timber and the relative humidity of concrete.
This bulletin replaces and updates Bulletin 515 of the same name.
