The construction industry does not perform well in productivity trends over time. While most industries have a slow but steady improvement, the construction industry’s productivity has at best remained static or declined in recent years.
This project examines the various clients and processes in the industry and allocates costs to each. The aim is to identify the larger segments for further investigation of their potential for productivity improvements.
