The objective of this report is to present an update on the trend relating to the size of the intermediate housing market since 2015.

Rising house prices have made it difficult or impossible for some people to buy a home of their own. Alternative tenure models - sometimes called shared equity models - are a way for lower-income households to move into a home with some of the benefits of ownership. The two fact sheets ask the questions:
