Description
The Integra Lightweight Concrete Intertenancy System is a sound insulating and fire-rated wall system. The Integra Lightweight Concrete Intertenancy System achieves a fire resistance rating (FRR) of 120/120/120 and a sound transmission class (STC) of up to 67.
The Integra Lightweight Concrete Intertenancy System is a proprietary intertenancy wall system that provides horizontal fire and acoustic separation between adjacent occupancies within the same building. The core component of the system is Integra - a high-tech lightweight aerated autoclaved concrete (AAC) panel that is installed between traditional wall framing that has insulation and plasterboard lining on the outer faces.
