A heat pump water heating system can supply hot water for regular household hot water supply or for space heating via underfloor or radiator hydronic heating. Heat can be sourced from the outside air, water or the ground and transferred to heat water. This bulletin covers air-source heat pumps.

This bulletin updates and replaces Bulletin 529 of the same name.
